Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare packages for shipment efficiently and safely using various material handling equipment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse and staging areas.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock and input data accurately.
- Assist in packing and labeling products according to customer specifications and shipping guidelines.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
