Your Role
As a Warehouse Associate at Apex Logistics, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will ensure that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our clients across the country. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to work hard.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders against customer purchase orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to update inventory levels and track shipments.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to specific shift).
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
