Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect, package, and label merchandise for shipment, ensuring all quality control measures are met.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders, resolving discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B) is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
