Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure stock accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck) in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates for immediate hire.
