Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using WMS systems.
- Load and unload trailers utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate material handling equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
