Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying shipments against packing slips.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
