Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Receive and stock incoming merchandise accurately using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (training provided upon hire).
- Quality Control: Perform regular checks on product quality and packaging to minimize returns.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in adherence to OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and logs for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
