Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect, organize, and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse floor.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock records.
- Package products safely for shipment and distribution.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various environments.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
