Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards).
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during inbound/outbound operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for shipping roles).
