Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates for immediate hire.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
