Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized stockrooms according to safety standards.
- Package and label shipments accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to 5S protocols.
- Assist with quality control checks and process returns as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy (knowledge of RF scanners preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis/Ohio facility.
