Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks to transport items to and from the loading dock.
- Prepare packages for shipping: Inspect items for damage, package them securely, and apply proper shipping labels.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify customer orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a Clean Environment: Keep the warehouse floor organized, free of debris, and adhere to strict safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with Team: Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and occasional overtime as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic addition and subtraction for inventory and shipping purposes.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and pay attention to safety regulations.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new warehouse operations are essential.
