Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred or on-the-job training available).
- Load and unload trucks with speed and care to prevent damage to goods.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
