Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for accuracy against orders.
- Organize warehouse inventory to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred but not always required for all roles).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
