Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of orders while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. We value reliability and are looking for team players who take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping duties accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Unload trucks and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and preparing shipping labels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license is required.
