Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Scan barcodes using handheld scanners to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.
- Inspect products for defects and report damaged goods immediately to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and securely following safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions if applicable to the dock.
