Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs for shipping and receiving.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic English skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
