Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select items for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging for safe delivery.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move heavy materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload delivery trucks and shipping containers, adhering to all safety protocols and weight limits.
- Quality Control: Perform daily quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
