Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming inventory with accuracy
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to quality standards and timelines
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following OSHA guidelines
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
