Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in a safe manner.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock and materials, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and operational targets.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stock rotation.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
