Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock counts and rotation protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety standards
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Uphold 5S principles for a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
