Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy and speed.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock levels match records.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce processing times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
