Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers as required.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and organizing stockrooms.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
