Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse aisles.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
