Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock adjustments.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
