Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to dock doors).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license may be required for specific roles.
