Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular stock counts and organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and navigate warehouse environments.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
