Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient picking processes.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately to management.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA standards to ensure a secure working environment for the entire team.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license (sometimes required for specific roles).
