Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to manage inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment. The role is fast-paced and requires a proactive attitude towards safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily order picking, packing, and shipping operations using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying shipment contents for accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the Detroit facility is required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
