Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy to minimize returns and errors.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly for safe transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Assist in the organization of shipping and receiving areas to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
