Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks to ensure all outgoing products meet company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all 5S safety protocols.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork, including packing slips and logbooks.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
