Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products: Safely transport items to and from storage areas, vehicles, and loading docks.
- Packaging and Shipping: Prepare shipments for delivery with accuracy and proper labeling to ensure timely arrivals.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following strict safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory management and attention to detail.
- Clearance: Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
