Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required by certification.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to streamline operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs frequently; ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Class C) required for local driving or delivery tasks.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills; ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Equipment Certification: Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire.
