Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (training provided for certified candidates), pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and efficient at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and understand shipping labels and orders.
