Responsibilities
- Execute pick, pack, and ship operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely; training provided.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required for immediate consideration).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
