Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and reduce operational downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the breakroom and aisles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
