Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing freight to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies in shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials handling.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify information accurately.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
