Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Receive incoming stock, inspect for damage, and update inventory records in the WMS.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to move materials.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following 5S safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to all safety regulations and quality assurance policies to prevent workplace accidents.
- Load/Unload Operations: Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Documentation: Ability to read and understand basic English instructions, safety labels, and shipping documents.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and forklift certification (if held) are a plus.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset.
