Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products according to customer orders, ensuring high accuracy and speed.
- Scan barcodes and verify item details using handheld scanners to maintain inventory integrity.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise for shipment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
