Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship products to meet customer deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent work experience accepted).
- Basic Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
