Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as required.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload freight trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Basic Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Forklift Certification: Certification is preferred but we offer on-site training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
