Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately according to shipping manifests.
- Package and prepare products for shipment using appropriate packing materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and scanners.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
