Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art WMS systems.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform heavy physical labor.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a stable work history.
- Background Check: Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Basic Math: Strong attention to detail and ability to read pick tickets and labels accurately.
- Teamwork: Must be a self-starter who works well in a fast-paced team environment.
