Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damages or discrepancies and log accordingly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory organization as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidates.
