Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99% on-time delivery rates.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Equipment: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
