Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick items from shelves, verify order accuracy, and pack them securely for shipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following 5S protocols and safety regulations.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, inspect shipments for damage, and verify incoming materials.
- Quality Control: Adhere to all company policies and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- License: Valid driver's license and forklift certification (if available).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
