Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, label, and stage finished products for shipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure the warehouse meets all OSHA safety and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers during inbound and outbound operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
