Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts (day/night).
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
