Responsibilities
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition, and log items into our inventory management system.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders to ensure 100% fulfillment accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks efficiently, utilizing proper lifting techniques and safety gear.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry; strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attitude: Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
