Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and update inventory systems in real-time.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move stock.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but no experience is required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Skills: Basic math skills for scanning and counting; ability to read and comprehend safety instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
